We are looking for a Team Manager to join our Customer Support team at One Shot Online Operators. The person in this role will be responsible for leading and motivating their team, ensuring the best standards of customer service are met in all cases. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate Customer Support teams to meet targets and goals set by senior management.
  • Ensure that customers’ inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor team performance against key objectives and provide coaching on areas of improvement.
  • Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports detailing team progress and customer feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and complaints.
  • Develop initiatives to continuously improve customer service standards.

Your skills

  • A degree in business, management or related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service role is preferred
